Let's dive right in!
Page 1: We recommend using this template for webinars or seminars that you might be hosting. Share this template with your realtor, lawyer, or financial advisor to streamline your event marketing tag and increase awareness to attract more attendees.
Page 2: Consider creating a REEL as well as a static post for this one. Here's a pro tip: when filming our Reels for 120-day renewals, we film the entire year in one afternoon. We put on a branded t-shirt and list off each month using the script provided in this post. If you want to take it a step further, use props like a Santa hat for Christmas, sparklers for January, or fresh flowers for spring. Get creative and let's see what you can create!
Page 3: Haven't received many Google reviews yet? No problem! Hop on to LinkedIn and ask your past colleagues to leave you a recommendation. These recommendations work just as well. Who knows, reaching out to past colleagues might even lead to new business opportunities. Don't forget to leave them a recommendation in return too. #givefirst
Page 4: Share a weekly, biweekly, or monthly success story without revealing specific names. Be vague but share a win and highlight how you saved the day. Your followers love to hear stories that inspire and motivate.
Page 5: Ask, ask, ask! If you want more business, make a direct request to your followers to send you new clients. We are always open to accepting new clients. That being said, if you know any brokers who could use help with their social media, we would greatly appreciate it if you could send them our contact information. Do you see what I did there?
Page 6: Bonus blank content! You can add anything you wish here. Get creative and, if possible, include an image of yourself. If it has been a while since you introduced yourself to your followers, this is a great opportunity to do so. Share something new, rare, or unique about yourself. Don't forget to tag us in your post! We love getting to know our clients better.
